1. Returns
We accept returns on most jewelry items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags and boxes).
- Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@divinegemstone.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- The item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Exchanges

- Place a New Order: Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that exchanges are not automatic and will require placing a new order for the replacement item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@divinegemstone.com. We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please include the following in your email:

- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Cancellations
