1. Returns

We accept returns on most jewelry items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags and boxes).
  • Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@divinegemstone.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Conditions:

Please note that exchanges are not automatic and will require placing a new order for the replacement item.
